After my best friend and two other friends, were killed in a tragic car accident, In August ,2010. I hit the lowest point in my life. I found a form of therapy, I became addicted to ...FITNESS!

Through  exercise and proper nutrition, I "rebuilt" myself, bigger,stronger,faster & more aesthetic!

I was talked in competing at a NPC mens physique show, by a friend at the gym.With one month to prepare and not a chance in hell to place , let alone win. I took 1st Place, in class C & !st Overall! 

One month later at Nationals, July 2013, I took 1st in my class,but even better than that, I was discovered by the CEO of Silver Models Management in NYC! 

 I signed with Silver ,August 14th ,2013 and moved into the Infamous ModelHouse. I am currently clawing my way to the top,

 Keep an eye out for me in the modeling/acting industry.

I have been a top Canadian fitness model, coach and competitor trainer/ lifestyle coach for several years now, I am also the Mr. Model Universe 2009 title holder. I believe the best way to promote fitness as a lifestyle is to exemplify it yourself with hard work and dedication that shows. You can have the ''Knowledge'' but if your an out of shape, poorly groomed and unmotivated trainer I don't see how that would get any client PUMPED & MOTIVATED to reach their goals.

 I believe possessing the knowledge as well as looking the role is much more appealing and admirable, which in return shows my clients they can reach their own peak potential (and surpass it with my help)!

Best :A friend gave me this name last year, after working out with him,by not giving in or giving up. I was given the opportunity after that, by Darrell Terrell to compete and model, in his Exquisite fitness fashion showin summer 2012, 2013 was an awesome yr, but 2014 will be even more amazing fashion shows features n 3 magazine and calendars!

 I also had the opportunity to work with Raw Talent Clothing Co.After wearing one of their shirts at the Exquisite Fashion Show, owner Chuck Rogers told me how awesome I did ,as it was my first fitness show, asked me to be apart of Raw Talent in a big way. Now, I am the regional manager in Oklahoma/Texas and model for him as well I would like to thank Chuck Rogers for the opportunity to work with Raw and recognizing my talent as a model and a role model.
